Alan has had a passion for property for over 25 years now - my passion has turned into an obsession to be honest!!!! 2020 and the year of covid was a big turning point in my life. I realised that in order to achieve the life I wanted- I needed to change. I started to study property much more seriously, and I quickly got a mentor to help guide me. I then realised the importance of networking, being around like minded people and studying people that were further down the path that I was looking to go down. I then invested more into my property education and I started to go to property networking events around the country. Frustrated at the lack of property networking groups in the Highlands, i then decided to help set one up myself!!! I am very excited to be part of this network, and i am looking forward to watching it get bigger and better!! I am now focusing on my dream to go into property full time - turning my passion into profit !!

Damon's experience in the design, build and construction industry is extensive.
Starting in building and construction aged 13, over the past 37 years, he has forged fantastic relationships with suppliers, merchants, contractors and more.
Damon comes from a trades background, fully qualified in Plumbing, Heating, Electrical Inspection & Testing, Solar, Air Source and Heat Source Pumps.
Having successfully delivered well over 100 New Build projects, and facilitated over 8000 small works projects ranging from small renovations to multiple renovations there isn’t much in construction that Damon has not overcome.
With his moto of "operating at an higher level" he certainly has the credentials to offer the network help and advice.
HPN was set up by Alan Kelly to help all the people of the Highlands, who are interested in property and business, to network, learn new skills, develop their knowledge and support each other through the difficulties that face us all at one point or another.
